Privacy policy

Your notes. The folders, notes and photos added in External Memory stay on your device. They are not sent and not synchronized. Photos are not protected by any code and are lost if you clear your browser data without a backup: do not add very sensitive documents. A backup feature lets you save them.

Payment and access. The email address used for the purchase is processed by Stripe and known to Esprit Singulier for your purchase. To send you the access code for the application, this address is also stored on a server (Supabase) and used by an email sending service (Resend). Esprit Singulier does not store your banking details. Access works through a personal page received after payment.

Your rights. You can delete the data stored on your device. To exercise your rights concerning your email or your purchase, contact contact@espritsingulier.com.

Proof of consent before payment. The accepted text, the terms-of-sale version, the date and an order identifier are recorded by Esprit Singulier in Netlify forms, to prove the request for immediate access and to link it to the Stripe purchase. The legal basis is contract management and the defense of rights in case of a dispute. This data is kept for the time needed to prove the contract and for applicable legal deadlines.
